Please use the form below to request mass or candle intentions for the 2023 year. Your loved one/s will be remembered at an Our Lady of the Holy Rosary mass during the Prayers of the Faithful. Requested masses will be honored if available. If a requested mass is not available, a mass at the closest date possible will be scheduled.

Suggested stipend is $5 per mass intention. You will be emailed a notification letter.

Candles in the church sanctuary or adoration chapel are lit for one week at a time and the Lake Chapel is lit every two weeks. They burn from Sunday to Saturday. The candles are first come first serve and 1 family per intention.
